Recruitment branding support, candidate sourcing support, talent mapping, hiring process design support, recruitment strategy advisory, market research, and related recruitment operations support.

Unless separately agreed in writing, the service consists of recruitment information provision and support services and does not include employment placement, brokering, or agency representation in the conclusion of an employment contract.

• Sourcing Campaign: ¥300,000 / 4 weeks
• Sourcing Campaign + Interview Process Design: ¥600,000 / 4 weeks

All prices shown on the website are the service price for the selected package unless otherwise stated.

There are no hidden service fees.

The following are not included unless expressly stated:

• Client-side LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other sourcing tool licenses
• Bank transfer fees, if applicable
• Any third-party platform, translation, assessment, or advertising costs separately approved by the client

Credit card and debit card payments via the checkout method provided on the website.

If separately agreed, bank transfer may be accepted for invoiced services.

For online purchases, payment is processed at the time the order is placed.

For invoiced services, payment timing is governed by the applicable individual order, quotation, or separate agreement.

The service begins after payment confirmation and after the client provides the information reasonably necessary to start the engagement.

If kickoff scheduling, intake materials, account setup, or access credentials are required, the start date may depend on the client’s timely cooperation.

Delivery timing depends on the purchased package and the agreed campaign schedule.

• Kickoff meeting: generally scheduled after payment and mutual availability confirmation
• Initial strategy and intake outputs: generally during Week 1
• Talent mapping / sourcing outputs: generally during Week 2
• Outreach support outputs: generally during Week 2 and Week 3
• Analytics / review outputs: generally by Week 4

These timelines are indicative and may vary depending on responsiveness, scope, role complexity, and third-party tool access.

Depending on the package purchased, deliverables may include:

• Kickoff and review calls
• Job description support
• Talent mapping and candidate lists
• Pipeline trackers and spreadsheets
• Outreach templates
• Interview process design materials
• Interview question banks
• Hiring handbook drafts
• Analytics and campaign review materials

Exact scope is determined by the selected package and any separate written agreement.

The client is responsible for timely cooperation, including providing role requirements, business context, access to relevant systems where needed, and approvals or feedback required for service delivery.

Where the package is designed for client-led outreach, the client is responsible for sending candidate messages, managing outreach execution, and making all final hiring decisions.

The service does not guarantee any specific number of replies, interviews, offers, or hires unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Recruitment outcomes depend on multiple external factors, including compensation, employer brand, role attractiveness, outreach quality, response rates, market conditions, interview process quality, and the client’s decision-making speed.

If the client requests cancellation before any substantive work has started, refund eligibility will be assessed in light of work already performed, payment processor fees, and administrative costs.

If account setup, scheduling, intake review, research, drafting, or market mapping has already begun, all or part of the fee may become non-refundable.

Once the service has started, fees are generally non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

If the service is terminated partway through, the fee may be retained in proportion to the work already performed, and where termination is for the client’s convenience after commencement, the full package fee may remain payable to the extent stated in the relevant order or agreement.

No separate cancellation penalty applies unless expressly stated in the applicable package description, quotation, order form, or separate agreement.

Where a separate agreement includes an early termination charge, renewal rule, or no-show / rescheduling condition, those terms will be disclosed in advance in a clear manner.

Client calls may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice.

Repeated no-shows, repeated last-minute cancellations, or prolonged client inactivity may delay delivery or be treated as a client-side interruption of the campaign.

If a deliverable does not materially conform to the agreed scope, SaiyouTeam may, at its discretion, correct or reissue the relevant portion within a reasonable period.

This does not apply to matters caused by incomplete client instructions, delayed feedback, changes in scope, or external platform limitations.

Upon full payment, the client may use the final deliverables provided for the client’s internal recruitment purposes.

SaiyouTeam retains all rights to its pre-existing methods, know-how, frameworks, templates, databases, operating processes, and tools.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the transfer of ownership does not include SaiyouTeam’s underlying methodologies, reusable templates, or general know-how.

The client may use purchased deliverables for its own internal hiring activities.

Deliverables may not be resold, sublicensed, published as the client’s own commercial product, redistributed to unrelated third parties for value, or repackaged as a competing recruitment service without prior written consent.

The service may involve third-party platforms and tools such as spreadsheet software, video conferencing tools, cloud storage, analytics tools, translation tools, and sourcing platforms.

Where client-owned licenses or accounts are required, the client remains responsible for obtaining and maintaining them.

SaiyouTeam handles candidate-related and client-related information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Japanese law.

Candidate and market data are provided for legitimate recruitment purposes only and must not be misused, unlawfully disclosed, or used beyond the agreed recruitment purpose.

Because this service is purchased online as a communication-based transaction, a statutory cooling-off right does not generally apply in the same way as for door-to-door sales.

Japanese law governs website purchases and related service agreements unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.

The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance unless otherwise required by applicable law.
