References in this Privacy Policy to “SaiyouTeam,” “we,” “our,” or “us” mean TechieCV Co. Ltd. in relation to the SaiyouTeam website and services.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

It does not automatically govern other services operated under separate brands or websites unless those services expressly adopt this Privacy Policy.

SaiyouTeam’s operator has filed a notification in Japan as a Specified Recruitment Information Provider (notification receipt number 51-募-001822). SaiyouTeam provides hiring consulting services.

SaiyouTeam does not introduce candidates, does not act as an employment placement agency, does not receive applications on behalf of employers or job seekers, and does not guarantee hiring outcomes.

If a client shares job seeker information with us by mistake, we do not use it and ask the client to remove it from our shared materials.

We do not intentionally request or require special-category or highly sensitive personal information unless it is lawfully required and clearly necessary for the relevant service.

If sensitive information is shared with us inadvertently, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law and our internal data handling procedures.

You can opt out of these emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message, or by contacting us directly. You can use the tool, download the PDF, and contact us about your specific request even if you decline this optional consent.

We rely on your consent (under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail, and on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR for users in the EU/EEA) as the legal basis for the optional marketing emails. Under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information you may request, in respect of personal data we hold on our own account, notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction/addition/deletion, cessation of use or erasure, and cessation of third-party provision. We may use publicly available, aggregate information such as government statistics and published salary surveys to prepare market information for clients.

We do not compile profiles of individual job seekers from public sources.

Our website and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in the course of providing our services.
