What does ¥300,000 a month actually buy me?
Qualified interviews on your calendar. We run the sourcing, the outreach, the scheduling, the pipeline tracking, the candidate communications, and the offer paperwork. You make the hiring decisions. Run as many concurrent roles as you want during the engagement, with no per-hire commission.
How is this different from a traditional agency?
Agencies in Japan charge 30 to 35 percent of first-year salary on each hire. Two engineers at ¥9M means roughly ¥6M in agency fees. Our flat ¥300,000 a month covers unlimited roles for as long as you keep the engagement open. We get paid the same whether you hire one person or five, so the incentive is fit, not fee size.
Do I have to use your software?
The hiring app is free for clients during the engagement, but you are not locked in. The candidate pipeline, calendar integration, outreach templates, and analytics live there because it makes the work visible to your team. If you have an existing ATS, we can mirror status updates into it.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Engagements run month to month. Pause when you fill the roles you needed, restart when the next hire comes up. No notice period, no break fees, no clawback clause on candidates we sourced.
What if you cannot fill the role?
We will tell you up front. Before we accept an engagement, we run the role through our Hiring Intelligence Report process, which gives a Role Feasibility Score. If the search is below 30 percent, we will be honest about why and what would need to change (budget, language, location) before it becomes a viable hire.
